Shipping Policy:

Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours. Shipping time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout.

For orders without ready-to-use Sauces:

We deliver to all provinces in Canada and all states in the US, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We have different shipping options (standard, expedited, and priority).

For orders with ready-to-use Sauces:

Because our ready-to-use sauces are preservative-free, they have to be frozen. Therefore, we can only deliver orders with sauces to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Prince Edward Island. If you don't live in these provinces, you can always find our sauces at Sobeys or your local grocery stores in the frozen aisles. For more information regarding our retail partners, click here.

Return Policy:

For health reasons, Shivani's Kitchen is unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items. However, we want you to be happy with your purchases. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with one of our products, please e-mail shivani@shivaniskitchen.ca with the following information:

• Your name and address
• The item(s) you purchased
• The reason for your concern

We will contact you with information about any steps we are able to take to fix the situation. Any returned payments will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
