This cooking class is all about celebrating exquisite South Indian Delicacies. Delicious, healthy and satiating with a Vegetables rich curry.
Indian cuisine, known for its immense variety of vegetables. But we will be combining shrimps along with aromatic spices will inspire us to create an Indian Classic menu.
What are we making?
- Shrimp coconut masala - dry fry curry with not much gravy and each shrimp nicely coated with the masala flavor of coconut.
- Vegetable Stew - Kerala Style- easy to make, lightly spiced and aromatic stew with lots of vegetables.
- Naan- one yummy dish that you all forget about all purpose flour!
