Ingredients

½ cup warm water

2 tsp instant yeast

1 tsp sugar

3 tbsp oil

1 egg
-
1 tsp salt

3 cups of all-purpose flour.

Butter to put on naan
Lets make it

Combine warm water, yeast, sugar in a bowl. Let it sit for few mins until it gets bubbly.

Add oil, egg to the flour and the water (made above) to make a dough.

Knead a few times.

Place dough in a greased bowl.

Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled.

Preheat the skillet to 450 degrees.

Cut dough into 8 pieces.

Roll out each piece in 6-inch circle.

Once the oven is hot add it to the highest shelf and turn it into broil temperature.

Your naan should be ready in 1 min if the temperature of oven is at hot.

Once naan is ready add butter on top of it. Serve it with your curry
