Our ready-to-use sauces are located in the frozen aisles or the natural section.
Our sauces are 100% natural and no preservatives are added. Therefore, they have to be stored in the freezer to keep them fresh.
No, our spice blends are 100% salt-free and gluten-free.
No we do not add preservatives in our products. We us all natural ingredients for our spices and sauces. Our ingredients are purchased from our local farmers.
Most orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. In peak periods, please allow up to 5 business days for dispatch. Orders placed on the Friday or on the weekend will be ship on Monday.
If you live outside of Nova Scotia, please make sure your order does not include sauces. We can only ship sauces within Nova Scotia because our sauces have to be kept frozen. We are working hard to figure out ways to ship sauces to other locations. For now, please purchase directly at Sobeys or at the stores of our retail partners.
If something is wrong with your order, we would love to know! Due to the perishable nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. However, we would love to hear what happened and we will get back to you quickly to work towards a resolution. Please email info@shivaniskitchen.ca.
