Learn the basics of Indian cooking and spices. Indian cooking is tough for some and for some it is a 20-minute job. But in the end, it is just the science behind it and you just have to follow the basic steps. In this cooking class you will be learning how to:
- Make Dal or Lentil- Quick and easy recipe: Make in 15-20 mins max and your protein-rich lentil is ready.
- Make Veg Curry dry (seasonal)- We will choose local and seasonal veggies and make an amazing vegan dish!
- Make flavoured basmati rice- Cooking rice is also a trick, some basic steps and you are good forever.
Everyone has to wear a mask in the class. Also, bring your re-usable containers to pack food samples.
